What is an adaptogen?

Adaptogenic herbs, or, adaptogens, are herbs that support our body's ability to handle stress. Adaptogens can protect our bodies from various physical, chemical, and/or biological stressors by "adapting" to what our body needs; they help to create a balance or homeostasis. This means that for some, certain adaptogens may help decrease fatigue and inflammation while increasing energy, and for others it may have a more calming or relaxing effect.

How should I use Adaptogen Butter?

This is our favorite question! Slather it on some toast (or waffles-my personal fav), top on your oatmeal or yogurt, drip over ice cream or pancakes, bake into brownies or protein muffins, or dunk your favorite fruits (mini banana/adaptogen butter sandwiches are everything). We can't forget the OG....PB&J!    ...or should we say AB&J ;)
